    2. One application for each adult intending to occupy the unit
    3. Personally complete and sign application
    4. Upload copy of a government issued photo ID directly into application
    5. Upload your two most recent pay stubs or if self employed, bank statement and previous years tax return*.
    6. A $40.00 application fee for each applicant will be collected directly by Able Screening- Please note that this fee is non refundable

ReLISTO takes very seriously the need to protect your private information. As such we  utilizes the services of Able Screening to process your application and  check credit. By applying online you will be brought to a secure server and  asked to complete a online rental application.  Personal information will be collected but all information remains protected.  For example, when  printing out applications and credit reports, you personal information is  omitted. Rental applications with incomplete or inaccurate information will not be processed. Each property is rented AS IS. Please ask any and all questions regarding the condition of the property before you apply. If you require improvements, secure in writing prior to signing lease. Once you complete and submit the application, you are acknowledging that you have personally inspected the unit virtually or in-person and are aware and satisfied with its condition.   3. Unless otherwise instructed by Leasing Consultant, view the unit prior to submission
  4. One application for each adult intending to occupy the unit
  5. Personally complete and sign application
  6. Include in transmission a copy of a government issued photo ID
  7. Include two most recent pay stubs or if self employed, bank statement and previous years tax return*.
  8. A $40.00 application fee for each applicant, payable through WePay Payment Portal
